To return an item, the product must be in perfect condition, in its original packaging and with manuals, accessories or promotional offers included each case, accompanied by the purchase receipt or invoice.

In any case it will be admitted the return of defective products and erroneous shipments. Beleza do Sal will be responsible for sending and collection expenses whenever the client communicates this circumstance within fourteen (14) days from the date of receipt of shipment.

Beleza do Sal assumes liability for product or raw materials defects of the purchased product and if if that happens, the company will exchange or return the product at no cost to the customer. We do not accept the return of the product after use, or if it has been altered or modified.

Pursuant to Decree-Law no. 24/2014, of 14 February, applicable to contracts concluded at a distance, you have the right to freely terminate a new contract, without stating a reason, within 14 calendar days from the date of date of celebration, informing Beleza do Sal by letter or email with the information described below:
